Q: I ordered the wrong size, color, or entered the wrong address. Can this be changed?
A: Changes can be made within 24 hours of placing your order. Once production has begun, changes are no longer possible. Please be sure to review product descriptions, size charts, and your shipping information carefully before completing your purchase.
Q: Why didn’t I receive a confirmation number or tracking information?
A: Every order receives a confirmation number sent to the email address or phone number provided at checkout. If you didn’t receive one, please double-check that your contact information was entered correctly and check your spam or junk folder.
Q: Why was one item delivered but not the rest of my order?
A: All items are made to order and may ship separately as they are completed. Some items require additional production time. This shipping method does not increase your cost, and you are guaranteed to receive every item included in your order.
Q: Why hasn’t my tracking information updated?
A: Once your package is handed over to USPS, tracking updates depend on their scanning process. Occasionally, packages are not scanned until they reach a distribution center or the final destination. Unfortunately, this is outside of my control.
Q: It’s been over three weeks and I haven’t received any updates. What should I do?
A: In rare cases, USPS packages may be delayed or lost in transit. If it has been over three weeks with no updates, please contact me with your order number or name, and I’ll be happy to look into a replacement for you.
